Head Instructor and Artistic Director Cornell Mannings

Cornell Mannings is our Studio-G head instructor and Creative Director. Originally from Montreal, he has performed and instructed at Salsa congresses in Canada, Miami and Puerto Rico. He has taught Latin dance since 2000, and his students have won a combined total of over 40 gold medals at Dancesport Canada, and several top ten finishes in various pro-am Salsa competitions. Most importantly, people love Cornell’s classes because they are fun. We are blessed to have him here in Hamilton.
Salsa Instructors Rachel and Dan Dubeckyj

This dynamic duo originally learned to dance at the former Nuvitzo Hamilton. Rachel started in 2013, and Dan in 2014, and they taught the Nuvitzo level one and two classes until the school closed and relocated in 2020. We are so pleased to have them with us at Studio-G. They work together as a team, which allows them to focus on the elements of lead and follow, both separately to learn the steps, and together to understand lead/follow techniques as they apply to partner dancing. Rachel and Dan teach beginner salsa levels one and two on Sunday evenings. Classes will be taught in 8 week sessions.
Bachata Instructor Jennifer Morgan

Jennifer is often hard at work as a Law Clerk, but she loves to dance. She knows that there is nothing better for clearing the mind, filling the heart, and exercising the body. Since discovering Latin dance in 2015, Jennifer taught level 1 and 2 bachata with former Nuvitzo Dance Studio. She also co-directed their performance teams. Jennifer has also taught and assisted with bachata workshops throughout our local community, including Miss Bachata in Mississauga. At Studio-G, Jennifer teaches bachata on Sunday afternoons. Classes will be taught in 8 week sessions.
